Gipper's Greatest Hits: Reagan on How to Handle Hecklers

It had been a long day in the California heat...
end of the campaign trail...troubles with the lighting and sound...
and ole Dutch just wasn't in the mood for any crap:

Only thing is... MSNBC has it dated as "1980"... but what's with the 1984 "America is Reagan Country" poster on the lecturn?

Zing!

That's how to handle a bully.

Actually, NBC did date this clip correctly---my family had one of those Reagan Country posters in the summer of '80...until someone defaced it by drawing a backwards swastika on Reagan's forehead. Stupid liberals never change!

To my recollection Anon, the 1980 campaign had the simple "Reagan for President" theme in med blue and white

The '84 themes where "Morning in America" and "America: Reagan country"

fwiw
