| In part, the Supreme Court agreed that California's tuition breaks for illegals wasn't entirely based on their "in state" or "out of state" residence, but was also based on whether the students had graduated from an "All American" California High School like Montebello High School... where these students rioted, threw bottles, ripped the California flag to shreds, and then raised the Mexican flag over the inverted American flag. |
