Newt Gingrich on Rove: 'No One Person is Smart Enough -Nor (has) the Moral Right-
to Buy Nominations Across the Country'

'...the system of Tammany Hall and the Chicago machine'

Weighing-in on PAC-man Karl Rove's semi-declared war on constitutional conservatives, former House Speaker Gingrich made clear in a Human Events column what the discredited RINO-pumper is attempting to do with his so-called 'Conservative Victory Project': basically crush the TEA Party wing and centralize Republican Party power in favor of 'Rockefeller Republican', Big Government RINOs- an effort
Newt described as 'repungnant' and alien to GOP principles:

It is appalling how little some Republican consultants have learned from the 2012 defeat.

It is even more disturbing how arrogant their plans for the future are.

Of course these consultants have made an amazing amount of money asserting an expertise they clearly don’t have.

They have existed in a system in which the candidate was supposed to focus on raising money and the smart consultant would design the strategy, spend the money and do the thinking.

This is a terrible system...

Republicans need to drop the consultant-centric model and go back to a system in which candidates have to think and consultants are adviser and implementers but understand that the elected official is the one who has to represent the voters and make the key decisions...

Handing millions to Washington-based consultants to destroy the candidates they dislike and nominate the candidates they do like is an invitation to cronyism, favoritism and corruption...

Perhaps a few more conservatives need to go after this guy- what's to think about? Rove's PACs blew ONE BILLION dollars last cycle for horrible results, and now he, The Orange Menace, Musty Mitch, and elements of Fox News seem to be trying to move the party leftwards on a handful of issues, and more-than-willing to politically neutralize any actual conservatives who attempt to get in the way: Boehner has pulled TEA Party members from plum committee assignments, Hannity has been touting amnesty ever since the election, while Rove's new Super-PAC is dedicated to not just fielding RINOs from coast-to-coast, but threatening to primary seated GOP members of congress who haven't promptly acquiesced to Boehner and McConnell's pathetic 'deals' with Obama (with a Rove-backed candidate running to the left of them) .

WAR has been declared on YOU by a RINO cabal, conservatives- what we need to do is make enough racket to scare a few donors, get them to wake up and cut Karl Rove and his ilk off: the guy has nothing to offer our side but continued misery anyway- all you have to do is look at his crap record.

And don't rag on people like Newt and Trump -who's blasted Rove as 'basically a loser'- just because they're not your favorite messenger: they're out there fighting like more probably ought to be doing... just be glad -as I am- that somebody's standing-up to the over-exposed, overrated, over-fed, and way, WAY overpaid 'Architect'.
