Air travel is quickly becoming more problematic on The Continent, with the possibility now that Barack Obama won't be able to attend the state funeral in Warsaw- he's probably looking for an excuse anyway.
A large plume of ash and dust has shut down air travel in Europe for the most part, with Germany closing 11 of it's airports already, and London's Heathrow is not expected to open until Saturday at the earliest.... this iceland volcano satellite-generated animation courtesy of the UK Met Office:

The state funeral is going to be held at Wawel Castle in Krakow, not in Warsaw.
