What Statist Evil Lurks Within ObamaCare's 1000+ Pages? [Part 1]


As Team Obama and Democratic leaders attempt to create a smoke-screen of slander, false accusations, and union goons breaking-up peaceful demonstrations against ObamaCare (he learned something from Tehran)... you've got to wonder just what they're hiding.

And what was the big hurry, anyway... with Obama wanting this gargantuan legislation passed by August recess? Besides his obviously eroding public support and tanking poll numbers, another reality behind this sense of urgency is betrayed by how the President -per usual- has been so selective in just what he wants you to know about in this monstrous, 1017-page bill... and to the point of intentionally misleading the public.



There's a lot of noise and confusion out-there now... and the facts have certainly been muddied up. As planned, this sets the stage for the Alinskyite Obama to lay his calculated version on reality on us... while attacking his opponents personally. He now labels even nuanced opposition to this ill-concieved bill as "disinformation", and besides the creepy new Stalinesque snitch-site for "fishy" e-mails and blogs, the Dear Leader has proceeded to establish a task-specific propaganda tool with his so-called RealityChecks webpage at whitehouse.gov.

But since only a fool would trust the habitually dishonest Team Obama, why then listen to the endless drone of those who seem to drone-on endlessly... like MSNBC, CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, the NYT, WaPo and other obsequious Obama Administration poodles?

Why not just read the bill... and see for yourself why Obama didn't want legislators, the media, or God-forbid the public actually reading until it was rammed-through? See in indisputable black-and-white just what these nominal Democrats are trying to sneak-by us, while bypassing the real debate and discussion that's the life-blood of any democracy-

For those who don't have a month-off in August like Congress- don't feel bad. Legislators do enjoy this benefit, and still weren't expected to read it (even on company time)... rather, they were to just vote along with SanFranNan's rubber-stamp toadies- and best not ask any questions.

Therefore, I present a summary in three parts this week of the most heinous elements that the administration is trying to bury in this Trojan-horse legislation- Patriots should try to familiarize themselves with as much of this as possible... as we endeavor to keep this country from going off a socialist cliff.

Pg 865 The Govt will MANDATE the establishment of a National Health Service Corps
Pg 859 Govt will establish a Public Health Fund at a cost of $88,800,000,000. Yes, thats Billion.
Pgs 844-845 OMG! This Home Visitation Prog. includes Govt coming into your house and telling us how to parent our children!
Pgs 838-840 Govt will design and implement Home Visitation Program for families w/ young kids.. and families expecting kids.
Pgs 835 11-13 fees imposed by Govt for Trust Fund shall be treated as if they were incremental taxes... which of course, they are.
Pgs 829-833 Govt will impose a fee on ALL private health insurance plans incl. self insured... to pay for Trust Fund, of course. This will make these companies uncompetitive with the Federal option... leading to the single-payer system Obama now denies is part of his agenda.
Pg 810 SEC. 1759. Billing Agents, clearinghouses, etc required to register. Govt takes over private payment system.
Pg 801 Sec 1751 The Govt will decide which Health care conditions will be paid. This means RATIONING... what else to expect from a plan short millions of doctors?
Pg 789-797 Govt will set/mandate drug prices, controlling which drugs brought to market. Bye-bye American pharmaceutical innovation
Pg 770 SEC 1714 Fed Govt mandates eligibility for State Family Planning Svcs.... meaning government-funded abortions and further erosion of states' sovereignty.
Pg 769 3-5 Nurse Home Visit Svcs – “increasing birth intervals between pregnancies.” Govt ABORTIONS recommended...?
Pg 769 11-14 Nurse Home Visit Svcs include-economic self-sufficiency, employer ad., school-readiness. Huh?!!
Pg 768 Sec 1713 Govt – Nurse Home Visitation Svcs (smells like more union paybacks)
Pg 765 Sec 1711 Govt will require Preventative Services including vaccines. (Choice?)
Pg 757-762 Fed govt will shift burden of payments to "Disproportionate Share Hospitals" (DSH) to States. (and taxes)
