This one really takes the cake- the AP reports Saudi Arabia plans to insist on UN aid money if a significant portion of the world reaches a climate pact that potentially cuts dependence on oil consumption. This comes despite studies showing that OPEC revenues will soar +$33 trillion by 2030 -as much as 4x current income- regardless.
