Now THAT'S What I Call A BOAT, Baby

Say hello to the Wally-Hermès 'Villa Yacht'...

French fashion house Hermès teamed with Monaco's Wally Yachts in 2009 to develop the 'WHY' mega-yacht (= Wally-Hermès Yachts)... the first example of which is now nearing completion in an Italian shipyard...

The trailblazing design's unique 58x38 (meters) triangular/horseshoe-shape provides an area of 3400 m2 with seating for 12 passengers and 20 crew, as well an elaborate solar-energy system.

Onboard there's three decks, an Olympic pool... spa... heli-pad... sauna... gym and massage room, a promenade of 130m, a music room, a dining room, a cinema, sun decks, suites, terraces, and a  lounge. The decks are connected by staircases, but of course there's also an elevator...

The boat features sustainable energy themes to extend range and to be PC-fashionable in an obscenely extravagant business. Wally/Hermès use solar energy to 20 to 30% fuel savings and 40 to 50% electricity consumption on board. Therefore there are 900 m2 equipped with solar panels, producing a daily output of 500 kW...

Life's agreeable out on the massive sun terrace...
An impressive "Owner's Suite" occupies the entire third deck, 200m2 in all-
this is the bedroom area. Of course the view is exceptional, and the suite

features a private terrace 25m in length.
On the lower deck we find a lounge, piano bar, and dining area...
Dining area's window can fully open to a sea view
For guests, there are 5 sea-view suites on the middle deck

And the WHY mega-yacht can be yours for
a cool $150M... (helicopter not included):
