Wayne Allyn Root is an entrepreneur and a successful Las Vegas odds maker. He was actually a classmate of Barack Obama at Columbia University, where both studied political science and pre-law.
Root was on the 2008 Libertarian vice-presidential ticket with former Congressman Bob Barr.
