Last night (Tues) Donald Trump declared himself the presumptive Republican nominee for president, and today he delivered a big foreign policy speech that was somewhat incoherent. (And what’s with the Russian ambassador there in the front row and the strange flub about Italians killed on 9/11?) Now, according to Trump and his supporters, it’s time for Republicans to unite around him so he can beat Hillary Clinton in November.
