WHEN Will Russia’s Propped-Up Potemkin Economy Collapse?

The Russian central bank has pulled out ALL the stops in the short term, and high oil prices have bought them some time— but with interest rates now approaching 16%, the situation is unsustainable. As usual, the only real question is will Western resolve outlast this weak, sputtering jalopy?

What hideous crime it would be if we didn’t put the Russian empire in the grave NOW- while the opportunity has so clearly presented itself. It’s only going to cost more in blood & treasure later if we screw this up…
