Fighting the rapid decay of the country under (USSR-communist-trained) ANC corruption and incompetence-with humor- producer/comedian/actor/singer Leon Schuster is regarded a comedy genius both in and outside the Afrikaans community, with other satirical/slapstick comedies to his credit such as There's a Zulu on my Stoep! and Schuks Tshabalala's Survival Guide to South Africa.
Perhaps it helps them to laugh a bit while having to endure the mindless socialist destruction of the nation they love. Tragically, Americans can now say that we know the feeling...

Well, it would have been funny watching Obama do it over the last couple years, but it's OUR foot he's shootin!
What most people don't understand about South Africa is all those blacks that wanted the vote weren't even freom South Africa. They came from other countries, they came there for work. It would be like us giving our country to the illegal Mexicans, oh I forgot we are.
Good point- I know a few South Africans -one of them officially "colored" in the old days (mixed)- and without exception all say it was far, far better there before the ANC took charge... in every way
