Although the habitually dishonest Barack Obama's soaring rhetoric often wowed the plebes -and MSM- it never had much chance of matching up to any kind of results this unqualified man actually had the potential to achieve.
Worse yet, he's said a lot of things -even in major foreign policy speeches- that already appear to be deliberately misleading, as to throw political opponents -and even US allies- off course:
