UK air travel could again be restrained by closed airports going into the weekend if the cloud of ash thrown into the atmosphere by the Iceland volcano are again carried over the British isles by ever-shifting winds... but as it stands now, Norway and Sweden have more to worry about with the plume headed NE over Scandanavia. The eruption shows little sign of slowing down, with an steady ash plume peaking at an altitude of 5-7 km.
