Louisiana Turtle Burgers!

Only in Louisiana...

Thick, handmade ground beef patties topped with sharp cheddar cheese... wrapped in a bacon weave... then add hotdogs as the heads and legs, slit for details...

Next, place on an oven rack, covered loosely with foil and bake 20-30 minutes @ 400 degrees. 

A little crispy, not too crunchy...just how a turtle should be, no?

If you've got to ask the cholesterol count... this might not be the thing for you lol
